Context

explore.work explored a shorter path from basic profile details to a tailored application. Its landing page presented resume editing, job matching, and inquiry tracking as one consumer experience.

The problem

Job hunters waste hours re-entering the same history into every application and still send generic resumes. The product needed profile import, per-job customization with human control, clean PDF output, and a price point that did not feel like another SaaS tax during unemployment.

How we approached it

We built the Next.js product around a guided application flow and an ATS-friendly PDF. Basic LinkedIn identity details could be imported; full work-history import required separate LinkedIn Data Portability API approval. The landing page communicated the broader resume and inquiry workflow.
