Who is responsible

Internet Engineering is the controller for personal data processed through internet-engineering.com. You can reach us at hello@internet-engineering.com. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK 97860891 (VAT NL005293287B03) and established in Delfzijl, the Netherlands.

What we collect and why

If you email us or submit the contact form, we process the name, email address, and message you send, plus any project links you include. We use that information only to reply, estimate work, and perform a contract if we work together. Legal bases are our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and, where relevant, taking steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

This marketing site does not run advertising pixels or sell personal data. Hosting, DNS, and analytics infrastructure may process technical request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) as needed to serve and secure the site.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails and form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and, if we do not work together, are deleted or archived within 24 months. If we enter a project, related correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and for statutory record-keeping afterwards.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@internet-engineering.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands.
