The problem

Referral programs are difficult to run when offers, introductions, candidate stages, and rewards live in separate tools. Businesses need to see campaign results and reward obligations; referrers need to find opportunities and understand what they can earn.

How we approached it

The product separates business and Bungee experiences. Businesses can inspect campaigns, candidate stages, bounty costs, and analytics. Bungees can browse jobs and other referral opportunities, then see the posted bounty and rewards model. The screenshots below come from the site's public demo and use sample data.
